The mission of AIMC is to promote health and wellness in our communities, yet sometimes we let our own wellbeing slide and just push through. The following resources can support you in cultivating wellbeing in your busy life.

Free or Low-cost Wellness Apps

Mindfulness
Mental health support
  • MindShift – free tools for anxiety (which may come in the form of Worry, Panic, Perfectionism, Social Anxiety, Phobias, etc.)
  • Moodfit – helps you track your moods and gives you exercises to help address emotions (note: free features are limited).
  • Bearable – track your Mood, Symptoms, Daily Activities and other health factors such as Sleep, Medication, Exercise and Food Diary. Free or paid version.
  • My Possible Self – free tools to monitor your feelings and recognize patterns or triggers, and self-help modules to tackle issues such as stress, anxiety, loss or major life changes.
  • Calm Harm – a free app that helps manage or resist the urge to self-harm.
  • 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline – 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress. Call 988 for immediate support or go to the website for additional resources.
Movement
  • Wakeout – library of free exercises and stretches which can be done as 1-3 minute breaks in your day.
  • YogaDownload – dozens of free yoga and meditation videos are available for streaming, or pay for a subscription for access to thousands of videos that can be streamed or downloaded, as well as live classes.
  • JetFit – workout tracking app provides customizable routines, video instructions, and tools to help track progress over time. Free or paid version.
Health tracking
  • Cronometer – food diary app that allows you to track macro and micronutrients, in addition to exercise, biometrics and health data.
  • Read Your Body – track your period, ovulation and additional lifestyle factors.
