Transcripts, diplomas, and other document requests are processed by the Office of the Registrar. You may pay via PayPal or by phone at (510) 666-8248 x123. We do not accept personal checks or cash but if you prefer not to pay by a debit or a credit card, you may mail in or drop off a money order payable to AIMC Berkeley. TRANSCRIPTS can be requested at any time. To request a transcript, complete the form below or fill out the printable pdf copy and then submit payment. Transcripts are $25 each. Requests are not processed until payment is received.
DIPLOMAS are processed in January, May & September at a cost of $90 for the re-issuance. If ordered in other than these months, there is an additional rush service charge of $35 added, making it a total of $125.
